- Strictly no Cancellation, Refund or Exchange of items once orders is sent for sewing.All miss buckwheat pillows are customized and sewed when we received an order. We do not have any ready-made pillow.
- We will not be liable for any lost, damaged or delayed packages dispatched via Normal mail. Registered postage is strongly advised to ensure safe delivery
- Please take note that there might a small discrepancy in measurements by 0.5"-1" due to hand-sewed and machine sewed processes. All measurements stated are approximate.
